I am not a girl but from my socialization and experiences gathered, being a healthy happy girl is quite challenging. Girls have lots of issues to deal with, the early puberty, the constant emotional distress, the heartbreaks, the crushes and the rest. The list is endless.

The truth remains that, the number one priority of any girl should be a healthy and happy life. Do you know why? Later when you become a woman, much of your choices you made as a girl will have a lot of bearing.
I know a lot of cute girls who are healthy almost forever. Here, I would be sharing their top secrets on how they put their girl struggles aside and maintain a healthy life.

You might find it hard to believe, but every cute healthy girl out there finds out time to exercise often. This practice is what makes them smarter, happier, and cuter.  Exercise improves sleep, increases libido and makes you feel better about your body.
Exercising is good for your health, but it doesn’t mean that you must hit the gym and perform strenuous workouts to reap its benefits. Just simple walking, cycling or swimming is enough for you.
To be a healthy girl, you should take exercising important and engage in it at least three times a week.
