Fried rice (vegetable fried rice) is an incredible, delicious meal that basically combines rice, a good number of vegetables and some spices for flavour.

Interestingly enough, fried rice happens to be eaten by majority more during festive periods like Sallah, Christmas and new year.

Although, because the fried rice being sold in most restaurants and eateries is majorly rice stir-fried in little amounts of vegetables, some consider it to be unhealthy.

However, eating this meal the right way, especially homemade vegetable fried rice, can be really beneficial to your body.
