The Health Impact of Eating Egg

Eggs are just very good source of high quality and inexpensive protein,  Like the common saying that goes thus; you are what you eat, this truly strikes a balance between nutrition and protein, and as a matter of fact the human body is made up of the building block of protein, thus, the nutritional health benefits of eggs and other protein source cannot be overstressed.

About more than half of the protein of an egg is found in the egg white alongside with vitamin B2, with lower amount of cholesterol and fat than the yolk. It is important to note that the white parts of the eggs are very good sources of vitamins like B6, D, B12 and minerals like, copper, zinc and iron.

Really, protein (egg) has got so many healing effects to the body, eggs are good contributors to a healthy diet, they provide the body with calories, vitamins (A, D, B12, Folate and phosphorus) and powerful antioxidant substances like zeaxanthin and lutein, which helps the eye and brain to function very well in adults and develops the brain during pregnancy in women.

When you do a workout exercise, ensure you take protein, it helps to repair and rebuild worn out tissues in the body, and supply the necessary and adequate amino acids (building block of protein) needed for the muscle and tissue.  More also taking eggs before and after any exercise will do your body a whole lot of good, especially with fruits.

Hence, incorporating egg to your diet can supply you with vitamin D. As a matter of fact, you and I know that the body cannot supply us enough vitamins, so foods like egg can help in that respect, especially when you don’t have the opportunity to get natural vitamin D directly from the sun, trust me, taking egg can supply your body with vitamin D, as vitamin D helps to prevent disease from occurring in the body.
