Microwave ovens can be found in most Nigerian homes, offices, cafeterias, eateries and the likes. Well, this equipment assist in reducing the struggles associated with eating stale foods as the convenience they offer is undeniable.
Microwaves ovens are kitchen appliances which are used to cook or reheat food by emitting microwaves. Microwaves are a form of electromagnetic radiation and are on the low energy end of the energy spectrum. Microwaves heat food by causing water molecules in it to resonate at very high frequencies and eventually turn to steam which your food. Most people fail to realize that while microwave can rapidly heat your food, it also can cause a change in your food’s chemical structure.
Microwaving food potentially destroys and depletes the life energy, rendering the food almost or completely dead and lifeless. The food’s nutritional value is lost and becomes nearly useless in terms of providing any real benefit.

Microwaving foods can result in the increase in cholesterol levels, decrease in the number of red blood cells, decrease in the number of leukocytes (white blood cells), decrease in hemoglobin levels which could indicate anemia.
Though the dangers of microwaves aren’t the biggest problems facing the society, they are still very prevalent and extremely easy to avoid
