Taking Warm Water Can Heal Your Body

Like the usual song that says, “water no get enemy”, composed by the afro beat pioneer, singer, and legend, Fela Ransome Kuti, reveals the fact that water as a potential healing effect in the body. Most especially the warm water, which is capable of healing the body, aiding digestion and preventing premature aging.

I personally can’t count the enormous benefits I got from just taking warm water at the appropriate time. It’s quite funny, the way most of us would prefer to begin our morning with local gin (“kaikai” or “shepe”; as the local name implies here in Nigeria), cold water, and other strong drink.

Healing Effects of Warm Water

Premature aging can be prevented by taking warm water; because the presence of toxins in the body can possibly lead to individual aging faster. Drinking warm water can help cleanse the body from these toxins by repairing the skin cells and increasing its elasticity. Take very warm water every morning.

Warm water is known to be nature’s remedy for reducing pains, from headache to menstruation. The calming and soothing effect of warm water on abdominal or body muscles, can give instant relief to muscle cramps and spasms, by relaxing the cramped muscles.

When you inculcate the habit of taking a warm cup of water every day, you are doing yourself a whole lot of help, as it will help flush out toxin, by cleansing your body, and breaking down your food faster for easy digestion. Taking cold water after or during a meal can harden the oil in the food you ate, creating a fat deposit in the intestine; try take a glass of warm instead of cold one to aid digestion.

  1. Enhances Blood Circulation

When you drink a glass of warm water it will help eliminate the fat deposit in your body, flushing out toxins that are circulated in the body, and ensures your muscles are relaxed.

  1. Helps Constipation

Drinking very warm water in the morning can improve bowel movements, aiding constipation while breaking down foods that are going through your intestine by stimulating the bowel, helping you bring back your body to function effectively.
