So, today we’d be comparing the nutritional benefits of ewedu and okro with the aim of picking which is more nutritious.
Ewedu leaf as the Yoruba’s call it, Achingbara in Igbo, Rama in Hausa or Jute leaves in English Language is a green leafy edible vegetable that is prepared into a delicious slimy soup called ewedu.
