Reminder: Our Health Resolutions

Hi peeps!, it’s a new month. It’s June already, the beginning of the second half of the year. Only a few of us would remember our health resolutions which we made at the beginning of this year.

Good enough, about a very little percent of individuals would still be keeping in track with the resolution. Many would have drifted along the way due to different reasons while a few would be just there popping in and out once in awhile.

It is very easy to get carried away with work, family, school and the likes. Just have it in mind that good health is what you would need in order to make all these work. It is important and therefore should be one of your priorities. The good thing remains that, it’s not too late to get back in track and continue following the healthy path for a stress free year.

As a reminder of your new health resolutions, these tips would help you fall back in track and help maintain good health.

Eat Healthy: As we all know, healthy eating is healthy living. It actually starts from what you consume – what you take in to your body determines what is going to be produced of you. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Reduce your consumption of junk foods and opt in for real foods. Also, avoid bad eating habits.

Exercise: Yes it is true that due to our busy schedule, we might often tend to miss out on exercise. However, have it in mind that the importance of exercise can not e over-emphasized. Considering the numerous health benefits of exercising, it is therefore highly recommended.

Proper Rest and Sleep: Our current economy here has recently called for a need of putting in more at work in order to meet up with a required demand. This therefore has cut short our time for rest and sleep. Inadequate sleep, over time would surely tell on your health. It is important that you take time off your busy schedule and give your body good rest.

Drink lots of fluid: Fluids are very important the same way as food, exercise and rest. It is advised you fuel up the body often. Best recommended, drink lots of water and less caffeinated drinks.

Reduce or Stop Alcoholism: No matter the reason for your alcohol intake, it is advised you reduced or best still, put an end to it. Apart from the hangovers associated with alcohol, it is also known to cause kidney and liver damage, brain malfunctions, and other gastrointestinal disorders.

Regular Check-Ups: As always said here; you don’t have to wait until you fall sick or you start feeling symptoms of any illness. Regular check-ups would help you keep proper track of your health as it benefits are quite

Maintain a Healthy Environment: Your environment says a lot about your health. Cultivate the habit of keeping your environment clean at all time. Try to maintain a proper healthy environment. You could also plant flowers around it.

Its never too late to fall back in track or to start anew. Your health resolution would surely guide you in doing the right things in order to achieve the right result.
