Indeed this view is true: traveling can definitely help break the shackles of the tensions occupying your mind! Having that trip away from your city and country will do you no harm, but rather help refresh your mind and cool off the stress that eats away at your health.

When you don’t take a break from the everyday stressors you come across, the amount of the stress hormone cortisol rises; this speeds up the aging process and increases blood sugar levels. This impact can later bring about many undesirable effects, such as inflammation, gastrointestinal problems, cardiovascular issues, and fertility problems.
